We guarantee that all gemstones sold by us are 100% authentic and natural.

Due to the nature of gemstones, slight variations in color, size, texture, and inclusions may occur. These natural variations do not affect the quality or authenticity of the product.

No Refund Policy

Whether it be consultations, reports, or gemstones โ€” we do not offer refunds for any reason.

We encourage customers to review all product/service details and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Service Delays & Refund Exceptions

While we strive to deliver all astrology services on time, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to:

Exception: If a delay occurs and the customer does not wish to wait, they may contact us to request a refund. In such cases, we will initiate a full refund after verifying the delay and the customer's request.

Section 4

Exchange Policy (Gemstones)

Exchanges are permitted only in the case of damaged or defective gemstones, under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Sufficient proof of damage or defect (such as clear images or videos) must be provided.

The replacement product will be dispatched only after verification and approval of the claim.

Shipping & Delivery

We ensure secure packaging and partner with reliable courier services for timely delivery. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Logistics provider delays

Force majeure events
